"The food is nice. Which is a shame considering how his staff are treated. We were there on a packed out Wednesday night. One waitress was on doing everything from greeting guests to washing dishes. (And considering her odds, was doing a great job) The owner was sitting with his friends, she reminded him of someone's food that was due out - AND HE YELLED AT HER, IN FRONT OF EVERYONE! All because he'd forgotten. Then stood in the kitchen dinging on his bell like a defiant child.<br>
I haven't seen her there for a while. Hopefully, she saw that horrible man for what he really is and left.<br>
But yes, it's a shame.... His food is good, but I refuse to give him another cent."

"Ordered through UberEATS out of sheer laziness and really regretted my poor life choices. Every item in our meal was completely inedible, flavourless and extremely disappointing. I simply had to write a review for the first time ever in the interest of any fellow humans considering eating here. The food we received was so disgusting we had to throw it out. I can only hope that we are not made ill from the small amount of 'food' we did actually consume. I will never again betray my beloved Bollywood Spices (directly across the road from this hot-mess of an establishment) when we are hankering for a curry. Check them out for some quality Indian cuisine instead."

"We have been long term customers of Amarin Thai, possibly over 15 years, and have seen many changes, some good, and most recently......not so good!! We have dined in on many occasions, as a couple, a group of friends, and even an end of year work event, so I have always held this restaurant in high regard. We have also taken advantage of their take away menu, and most recently, tonight in fact, I was appalled and disgusted with what was put in front of us. It's one thing to change management, hike up the prices, which I understand is a necessity over time, but to take advantage of customers by also shrinking portion sizes and servings is an affront to those who have consistently supported your business over the years. Don't get me wrong, the food is still tasty (however, lukewarm Massaman beef is not ideal), but the sheer fact that you believe this will improve profitability versus customer satisfaction shows you have lost touch with your most valuable asset.....the customer!! You have lost our business through these cost cutting strategies, and I question, what price do you put on customer loyalty........?? Is the 'micro' spring roll or the 'child' serve Massaman curry worth losing business?? With competitors aplenty in your vicinity, all vying for the consumer $$, I would reassess the need to literally 'shrink' your menu!!!"

"I've eaten from many Thai restaurants and the food here does not seem authentic. Quite expensive and servings are small with very little noodles in the noodle dishes and rice is also a small serving with the rice dishes."

"Our favourite restaurant in Perth for years. Went again last night. Food was great. Duck red curry. Massaman curry. Green curry. Pad Thai and spring rolls. Fish cakes and prawn crackers for entree. Bill was $351 a bit more expensive than used to be. OK until I noticed they had charged us $18 for rice. WTF I feel they are price gouging. Seriously feel ripped off just for that. Will try other Thai restaurants now. See ya Saowanee it's been a pleasure but it's over."

"We have been going to the classroom since the first day it opened and rate it as one of our favourite bars. After hearing that there is new owners we decided to pop in last night for a quick drink and to see if it has changed any. We are happy to say that for us it is still one of the best small bars around. We meet the new owner and staff and they are great, warm,friendly and very hospitable, needless to say our quick drink turned into 2hours of fun. We still love the place and will definitely be back"
