"Went to Thai Chilli Bites for dinner on Saturday pleased for their sake that they were quite busy. As I have found previously, since the new owners have taken over, meals are smaller, but usually good. Unfortunately my meal last Satuerday was very disappointing. I had ordered the stir fried prawns with young ginger $19.90. The six (yes only 6) prawns tasted as if they had been treated with bi carb this is often used supposedly to tenderise chicken or beef I have never had prawns treated with this. I was also unable to find any young ginger at all. Now I know that ginger is currently very expensive, but the item should have been taken off the menu, if ginger was unavailable. If we go there again (and the men in the family are not so taste sensitive), I will have to ask if bi carb has been used on any dish I fancy or just go wholely vegetarian."

"Be sure to book if you want to get in because it is usually very full. Always love their steamed cod and pepper steak with mushrooms. Service is wonderful and very attentive."

"Terrible service. Ordered at 6pm delivered after 7.30pm after quoting 40minutes for delivery which does cost extra. I had to call to see where my order was no apologies couldn’t care less was told it was in the oven would be 10-15 minutes…. Don’t think so !!!! Was delivered nearly cold …don’t waste your time I’m a repeat customer and this is how they treat you..plenty of options nearby order from Belmontes I should have and will be next time."
