"We were in Canberra recently and decided to give this Club another visit after being there on our last trip.The Restaurant was very busy, however we ordered reasonably quickly and the meals arrived fast.The quality of the steaks my wife and I ordered was first class; beautifully cooked and with a lovely sauce to accompany.The kids loved the place too as there is a terrific play area that keeps them entertained along with some great menu options for them.Definately a place to visit for families when in Canberra."

"Well how disappointing is it to see what poor value this place is. It was once know as a place of great value great service and good quality but sadly that is no longer the case. Makes me wonder if the care factor is gone and they are just about cashing in on as much as they can get away with. Well as I always say people need to vote with there feet i.e. I wont ever got back. This was a quiet dinner with a few friends after a movie and my wife wasnt that hungry so decided to share a seafood basket with another lady and for $30 you would think that would be reasonable. She even gave the other lady $20 (over half the cost) and said get them to thrown in a few extra chips for us. No extra chips unless you buy a separate bowl of them, ok i guess you can understand that but when the meal arrived we were all shocked. It was on a standard dinner plate, a few chips on the side, a scattering of seafood that looked like it was bought at Aldi (i.e. it was nothing special at all and certainly would barely feed one no hungry person certainly not a decent feed by any standard). So they shared the meagre pickings and decided to have dessert to fill up, when she asked 'what was the Chef 's Special on the menu ', the answer was 'whatever the chef decided to cook for the day I guess ' well fk me thanks for that insight that was very helpful. As I said we wont be back and I hope others realise that is no longer an automatic safe bet for a place to dine if I could rate it zero stars I would."

"I ordered the pad thai which was delicious however the service was poor. We had to signal for someone each time we wanted to order drinks, food and then the bill. Prices are good and the restaurant is large so would be good for large groups. Not sure if l would go back as there are other thai options close to this that l would choose over this place."

"We have been long term fans of Mings for over 6 years however, I am not sure what happened last night. I am so disappointed that I needed to make a review incase they have changed chefs or others were in the same boat. Dishes were not at all the same as before. Singapore noodles were dry. Mongolian lamb was definitely reheated and couldn’t even eat due to being so rubbery. Rice was just not nice : Ming’s, if you have changed Chefs please consider changing back or doing something. Quite expensive but always previously willing to pay due to the food being amazing hoping this is not an end to Ming’s for us : Food: 1 Service: 4"

"We had a Business Dinner here and the staff couldn't be more accommodating. We order the buffet and food kept coming. We had the place to ourselves being Wednesday night. The food was great and good sized portions.Overall good place to dine if you don't want to sit downstairs."

"The family wanted yum cha and the daughter had recently been here. Took her advice and we weren't disappointed. We had dumplings (Fried seafood, prawns and Pork) great vegetarian spring rolls, really good calamari (big serve) and chicken wings. Nearly all of the dishes we had were steamed and they were really nice. Lovely vegetable dish, various wontons, mainly seafood.The place was packed but the service was fantastic and the food just kept coming out. Only disappointment we had was the there were no custard tarts left."

"Very good parma. Actually real chicken breast freshly crumbed with other fresh ingredients. Meals came out all together and the playground is great if you have kids."
