"Terrible service and only 1 server. There were several tables. We came in and no one sat or addressed/ welcomed us. No smile, no Hellos. We asked the bartender if we sat down, he said yes. After 20 minutes no one waited to get an order. On the far side of the restaurant is a grill, so we thought we should go to the grill itself and order - but the man Grill said no, someone should take our order. We flew the 1 man down, and I said we're here near 30 minutes, you can take our order. Finally he came by and we ordered 3 burgers with frits. But of course, to get drinks, water-anything was always a 20-minute procedure! It's hard to enjoy your food when you have to get up constantly, or your children get up and find the waiter!! Bartender was just rude. Here's the sad part... the burgers were AMAZING! But for the bad SLOW service and IGNORED, I will not return!! I have many American dollars and will spend them elsewhere - maybe in Callejon over the street!!! I was in Westin from 4-19 thru 4-23. All reception and administration as well as the Cascada staff must be retrained in the manner of customer service! A. Texeira"

"We have been going to Puerto Vallarta for 15 years now, and this restaurant is always on our list to return to. The service is fabulous and the food is tremendous and huge portions. You can't leave not having been stuffed unless you didn't eat. Jese, the waiter, was just super. He was attentive and accurate, and most important, he was friendly. We always return every time we are in PV."

"Amazing! This restaurant has a super romantic vibe from the moment you walk in, we sat on the beach and the views were beautiful. The food was PHENOMENAL. We ordered the coconut shrimp app, lobster tail and the beef medallions. Everything was delicious, the meal...was perfect from start to finish. I will absolutely be retuning before heading back home. Highly recommend."

"Came here because we stayed nearby (Sheraton) and saw good review. It's a bit out of way, so mostly the local would come here. But we don't mind, we actually were looking for restaurants that the locals would come for authenticity and values. We ordered a couple of apps and a grilled lobster to share. On the menu is says the lobster size is 1-1.5Kilogram, but the one we got was very small and we paid the same price. Overall experience was ok, but I wouldn't come back since it's lack of ambiance and we didn't much more than what we would at other places."
