"Absolutely shocking. Starters all came out at different times, and one had a long black hair in. Mains arrived, again, not all at the same time, both mixed grills were raw. All accompanying salad was brown, dead and wilted. We heard another customer complaining about a hair that they had found in their meal, and the waitress told us that they don’t eat there because of all the complaints. The manager handled the situation badly, via FaceTime because they were on holiday. The poor waitresses are in an impossible situation. Avoid at all costs. "It was great. the first time went and really enjoyed eating. I always understand when I read reviews, as they never know which ones believe. for this place I would say 'try them '. taste was great, nicely cooked and fresh ingredients on the show at the takeaway shop. we ordered our shop and collected and it was nice and fast. Chinese is not my first choice in takeaway, but this place has pushed the kitchen on the list. as with all, but they are just as good as their last meal! I and my wife will eat again from there."

"Again, like the hotel…Lacking attention to detail. Table not set up properly when we arrived. Water jug way to big for the table. Prawn starter was very disappointing and garlic balls you could of played tennis with. Cheese soufflé was good. Main was duck and fish which was very nice. Desserts again hit the spot. Lots of cobwebs, which just need addressing and sauce stains on pipe work and walls. Again, attention to details. Breakfast was fab and service attentive."
