"A wonderfully legitimate Japanese run restaurant in an unexpected location a gem of food find in Ucluelet! With no prior knowledge, our group decided to drop in and take our chances. We were greatly rewarded for giving it a try! Tables are wired with bells to ring staff for assistance While pricey our food consisted clearly high quality seafood. I ordered the 'Snow White ' loved the unique mix of ingredients for this roll absolutely delish. Our entire group was extremely pleased with their meals Limited seating inside but pick up is also available"

"Had a terrible reaction to a snack that was served to me. Staff and server knew about my severe allergies and yet I still ingested food that caused a reaction. Stated there were trace amounts of egg in the salmon but I know my body well enough to know this was a full reaction. Borderline epi-pen situation."

"Organized, calm, skilled and friendly chef here so the food will not disappoint. Thank you for the delicious meal! Your Beef Wellington/Eggs Benny was OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING! French toast was unique and in a delicious class of its own. Bacon crispy yummy! Service suggestions for waitress Open on time and be ready to receive customers. Take your time when asking customer questions, wait patiently for answers before walking away. Besides that we felt well looked after and you checked back with us at reasonable intervals. "This is not a restaurant. It is a seafood store! We rented a place with a kitchen so we were up for cooking our own dinner. Went in and got oysters, prawns and crab. Added a shucking knife, lemon, cocktail sauce. Came back the next night and got candied salmon, halibut and some tarter sauce. The seafood is fresh and tastes great. They will tell you how to cook it if you need help. We added cole slaw and fries from the Co-Op and some wine...better than any restaurant!"
