"So, if you just landed or about to fly, this would be one restaurant I would definitely recommend for a mouth-watering Austrian delicacy. Be it in the afternoon with their Buffet (in their Market Place Restaurant) or in the evening with their À-la-carte (in Globetrotter Restaurant) the food is a must try here. They are all over the Salzburg Aiport - be it their Coffee Shop, their two restaurants on the first floor (one of which overlooks the flight landings) or their Terrace Restaurant (Dachterrasse) which is to die for, especially when the weather is good. I have also worked here in the past which is why I'm being able to tell the truth about this place and I'm not being partial at all since I have nothing to do with them as I don't work here anymore.I am a truthful reviewer who wants to help the travelers coming to Salzburg from across the globe.The food is really amazing, especially the Spare Ribs with potato wedges was delicious. And, the Cordon-Bleu which is more like Schnitzel (The Austrian speciality) but I find it much better than schnitzel as its cheesy, coated with some ham. It's yummy with the Preiselbeeren jam. Coming to the cost, it's an average as compared to other Austrian restaurants I have seen which are over-rated. The staff is quiet friendly and the atmosphere is generally very quiet kind of. These are the few things I have noticed and also experienced when visited as a guest. The restaurant is open from morning, probably 7 am but doesn't offer so much in breakfast. Their main concentration is lunch which jam packed coz of people from within the Airport dining in and during the dinner it's quiet peaceful and opened until 9 pm.I hope the review was helpful to the readers. "Nach der Brauwelt Besichtigung beim Stiegl (dort nachlesen) darf der Irrende vom goldigen Stoff kosten, wählt aber nicht die Bräustube, sondern linkerhand die Paracelsus Stub"n. Dieser Heilkundige lebte in Salzburg, sein Tod wird mit Alkohol oder Quecksilber in Verbindung gebracht, massloser ?Genuss? Bier hat jedenfalls auch Heilkräfte! Aber eine Mozart-Stub"n bringt eine ähnliche Assoziation keinesfalls hervor! Eine kleine, aber wohlsortierte Menukarte mit Bierempfehlung zu jedem Menu lässt Oulisse Krenfleisch vom Waller wählen, während der Gefährte dem Wiener Schnitzel frönt, denn die Nockerl sind ja Nachtisch. Welche Überraschung? Ein wunderbarer, leichter Fisch, für das bekanntermassen mitessende Auge mit (in rotem Rübensaft?) gefärbten Kartoffeln und Wurzelgemüse und Thymian garniert, wobei sich Hauptbestandteil und begleitende Komponenten abwechslungsreich geschmacklich Wettbewerb bereiten. Was zunächst kosten, hiervon oder davon? Und bitte noch einen Löffel für den feinen Sud. Das Wiener Schnitzel - hier mit Petersilienkartoffeln - und Preiselbeeren ist sterngekrönt. Zuvorkommend wurde anfangs gemeinsam die Fleischsorte festgelegt, es hätte auch Wiener Art sein können. Aber nein, Kalb wurde gewählt! Und es kam, was kommen muss: Eine hauchdünne, aber große Fleischration mit genau der buttrig-wellig-aufgeblähten, dennoch am zarten Fleisch haftenden Panade, die man selber so schwer hinbekommt, die einen eigenen Geschmack hat, eben nicht nach Butter, und die mit dem Fleisch so wunderbar harmoniert, dass beim Schreiben dieser Zeilen das Wasser wieder einmal im Munde zusammenläuft. Kartoffeln geschmackvoll bissig zubereiten ist nicht einfach, das sind Gründe für Pommes oder Knödel anderswo. Hier jedoch hat alles gepasst und wohl gemundet. Reisender, willst Du speisen, geh in die Stub"n, hier findest Du gehobene Küche und guten Service!"

"Nicht gerade sehr appetitanregend ist die Essensausgabe gestaltet, insgesamt lässt das Restaurant den Wohlfühlmomenten wenig Chance. Schmutzige Resopal-Tische tun dann noch ein übriges. Ein günstiger Preis allein ist zu wenig.Nicht mein Fall. Tipp: Augen auf, im allernächsten Umkreis sind viele nette Lokale."
