"Stopped at the turfway McDonald's this evening a little before 6pm and went through the drive thru and there was 2 guys outside of the building actually standing in the drive thru and watched both of them approach other customers as they pulled up to the screen to order and beg for money.... and I was hesitant about as to drive off or place my order....I pulled up rolled down my window to place My order the guy just walked up and basically leaned inside my car asking if I had a few dollars or spare change to give and I said you need to get back from my car and he just proceeded to cuss me out and flip me off.....I pulled up to the window and asked to speak to a manager as I was paying for my food but was told that the manager was busy at the moment so I said well when he/she has a free moment Maybe they should go outside and ask the guys standing in the drive thru to stop hounding the customers for money...... didn't feel safe having someone walk up on me and leaning almost inside my car especially with a pandemic going on but I know that those managers aren't going to do anything because they let all the homeless people come in sit as long as they want and even sleep inside the restaurant.....I've seen this several times when I've eaten inside this location.....and there are several signs posted everywhere saying only a 30 minutes l time limit to consume your food......this place needs to be closed down"

"I made the mistake of trying this place instead of our usual in muscle shoals tonight. I just ordered an Oreo Chocolate Master shake and Snicker blows we've ever had. the shake had 1 piece on the top of the picked cream and not a crumb in the ice. the explosion was quite the same a cup with vanilla ice cream with a sprinkle of seepowder dust. not rugged, but under the barrel dust. Both should have extra mix-ins, no less. and 25 minutes to get them, will not be back to this place."

"It's McDonald's, you pretty much get what you expect, I like the breakfast menu better than anything else though. Just a plain sausage biscuit and I'm happy. My food has always seemed fresh at this location whenever I've visited. Plus, their ice cream machine or whatever actually works 75% or more of the times that I've ordered a milkshake."

"Stopped and went to order. We were told that they had no chicken (had tried to order a chicken sandwich). Also tried to order a caramel frappe, the response was the ice cream machine was locked. It’s just unfortunate since this is one of the few chain restaurants that stay open a bit later, and also with it being right off the interstate. Not worth the stop to get on off the interstate."
