"We are long time fans of Red Robin’s. We didn’t think the wait would be too bad for a weekday (Tuesday night). We waited 40 mins because they were short staffed (only one server that night). Jessica, our server, was kind, friendly, and attentive. She brought out refills of the bottomless fries and macaroni cheese for the kids quickly which was helpful. We felt we had plenty of food and they continued to check on us and keep our glasses full. We know because of COVID staffing has been rough everywhere so we were wanting to give them grace anyway but they really did a great job making us feel welcome."
