"My husband received an offer of a bottle of Prosecco or two free desserts as a birthday treat from Prezzo (his birthday 6th Nov). We were going to be in Clarks Village the following day so we decided to book for a lunch time meal that day. We have had meals at many different Prezzo's, but I have to say this was the worst we have ever had, we both had the chicken Saltimbocco. The chicken was chewy, the white heart cabbage was a wedge that was so hard the knife could hardly cut it and the jus was like water. No matter we thought at least the desserts would be nice, which they were, as was the wine and coffees to follow. When the waitress brought the bill to the table my husband showed her the QR code which she tapped and we paid the bill then left. Today having found the bill, we noticed that the desserts were charged for, so much for a birthday treat. Sadly we wont be using Clarks Village Prezzo again."
