"Modern Sichuan was a restaurant hidden in one of the buildings in The Fort Strip and I'm glad my family and I found it. The moment we went in, I could smell the food and I could predict that the food would be good here. The ambiance of the whole place was very nice and elegant. The red colored interiors really gave a nice modern Chinese look. There were a lot of people when we dined here, especially Chinese people. This restaurant, Modern Sichuan, focuses on Chinese cuisine. They have a big menu of different Chinese dishes to choose from. The price of their dishes were a bit pricey so my family decided to order several dishes for us to share. I didn't really get to take a lot of pictures since we were too excited to eat already haha. So we had a few dishes. We ordered chicken, pork, and fish dishes and we also ordered vegetable dishes to balance things out. When dining here, I would recommend trying their steamed chicken. The chicken was very moist and it had great flavor. I also would recommend trying their Minced meat tofu. There wasn't much meat but the tofu itself was very good. It was silky smooth and soft. The broth where the tofu was sitting was very flavorful. I could taste the different spices going on. I was very satisfied dining here and I can't wait to recommend this restaurant to my friends. Of course I couldn't leave this place without dessert so I ordered their fried sweet potato with cheese. 150 php for 2 whole sweet potatoes. It may sound simple but this was one of the greatest things I've ever tasted. The sweet potato was very sweet and creamy and really complimented the salty cheese. It was served warm which made it a hundred times better. Hope to come back soon to order this again ????"

"Worth every penny! If you are craving for authentic Chinese food, then this is the place to go to in BGC. The Chef who happens to also be the owner personally prepares every dish. Awesome dimsum selection. Freshly made hot taho. Softest siopao buns EVER. Like seriously, you have to try it. I would've loved to have more of the filling though... enjoyed their hand pulled noodles too. If you're a vegetarian, they have something for you as well. :-) the servers could use more training"
