"Now, I'm not usually a fan of all you can eat restaurants as they're often never as good as the pitch, however not at Pizza Autentico... it really was love at first slice (and the pasta was pretty good too). The guys here have got the concept - $20 for 90 minutes of all the Italian carbs your heart couple possibly desire - right: A good range of pizzas and pastas regularly come around the big communal table fresh from the kitchen, and importantly, the service is spot on too. Pizza Autentico is great for going with a friend, family or larger groups."

"Unfortunately, one of our dishes came raw - the fish. They then pulled themselves back, without further compensation. We got the subscribed fish when we finished the rest of our food, so there was no point that it does not really concern to take it to us. I recognize that mistakes happen, but a sincere apology or reflection of an apology of the bill should have occurred."

"Totally not what i was expecting.This place had been on my list for a while to visit. I was expecting and American diner feel. But it was more funky American style bar. We had food which was delious. It got really packed really quickly. There are not many tables so go early. Reasonably priced food. Great bar vibe."

"As a NY style pizza fanatic, who's waited some 30 odd years to see NYC style pizza come to Sydney, I was really looking forward to trying these pizzas. We went straight to the top an ordered the 22" classic pepperoni. Whist the pie really looked authentic, looks don't always equal taste. Unfortunately the base was not that flavourful or compelling. The cheese was ok but again not as good as I'd hoped. Whilst the pepperoni was decent, an overuse of oregano really didn't help finish off the topping. My summary would be certainly not an 'epic fail' by any means, but not a pizza I really want to revisit. I'd actually go as far as saying the common, very shopping mall chain variety Sbarro pizzas that we used have at a few locations in Australia is a more compelling NY style than this pizza."

"Xage is hands down my fave vietnamese restaurant in surry hills! soooo yum. the Càri gà chicken yellow curry and vegetable is to-die-for. the curry sauce, cooked with hot mint and sweet dried shrimp curry is just delicious. smooth and creamy kind of sauce. the kind, that you want to lick the bowl clean. hehe<br>

in the wok fry department, you gotta try the Asian greens stir fry in lemongrass chilli sauce. sliced carrots, green beans and cucumbers, topped with alfalfa. <br>

and the ultimate best, xage's Slow-cooked berkshire pork shoulder. that caramelised peppered sauce is something that i kept going back for. <br>

"Thang Long is an institution. Any restaurant that manages to last over a decade in Surry Hills, crowded with its restaurants and cafe, is showing some staying power. They turn out tasty, traditional Vietnamese food at fair prices. The flavours seem authentic, and the service is always pleasant. It was once my favourite Vietnamese restaurant in Sydney, but now I'd search further afield or go for something more modern. But hats off for providing consistent food and service and being a neighbourhood institution. P.S. Their fried spring rolls are the bomb (the one under 'specials' has the lattice-wrap, rather than the plain one, which is also good, but not as good).
