"This restaurant is located on the campus of University of Tennessee. There are 2 levels to the restaurant. Top floor is a sports bar atmosphere with bar food but they also serve entrees etc. The lower level (cellar) is much quieter and serves mostly steaks, fish, chicken etc. Much cozier environment. We ate in both places. In the cellar we had filets that were pretty good. Handmade steak fries were excellent. I would have to say they need to step up their cocktail making. Both of our drinks- martini and mojito were not very good. Other than that we loved our meal. But then we ate upstairs and things not so good. We ordered spinach and artichoke dip that came out burnt and hot pretzels that were barely warm when we got them. Dipping sauce was not melted much and had hard film on top. Our waitress did not seem concerned we didn’t have our plates but she had several tables so she was busy. I applaud their efforts because I know in a college town it can get crazy."
