"Great for Groups!. This past Saturday 16 of us went to Pepperwoods for a birthday dinner. They were very accommodating to the big group. We had brought a cake in to be served and they were very helpful and went above and beyond.<br/>The food was great-no one was dissapointed!"

"Canyon Creek is our favourite steakhouse, and our annual tradition is to go for date night after Christmas. The service is always very good, attentive, and friendly. The food is always cooked to perfection and served hot with great presentation. The prime rib is the best melts in your mouth. The chipotle sirloin is amazing."

"Recently attended a small intimate wedding there... Decorated nicely and a pretty setting but the food was pretty bad salad was greens w strawberry n some creamy sauce I ordered prime rib which was a thin slice of hard non rare meat I ate only the potatoes that came w it and the cheese cake for desert ... We left the reception early to go and eat elsewhere. Amp up the food and it's a perfect little venue."

"I went for lunch recently with two others. The service was friendly and prompt, the view was incredible, the restaurant clean, and our booth comfortable. My two colleagues enjoyed their meal, and reported that it was very good. I had the poached egg salad, which I wouldn't get again. The poached egg was almost uncooked (translucent egg white), which I imagine was the way it was supposed to be served...I just don't like uncooked egg. The salad had minimal dressing, so I was still hungry afterwards. I would go again, but wouldn't have that same salad next time."

"My husband wished that he ordered the Bellini I had, he loved the Coconut Calamari, they were very tender and we enjoyed the sauce. The fillet mignon was perfectly boiled med-rare. The server was friendly and helpful, very friendly and had a relaxed atmosphere"

"Visited here while staying at the Holiday Inn for a conference. Visited the bar and restaurant on several occasions over 3 days. Drinks are a little more, which is typical for a hotel bar. Food prices are pretty good. I had a pound of wings that were $12.00! They were plump and juicy and came in a fig sauce that was quite tasty. My friend had the charcuterie board for $14.00. He also quite enjoyed it. Others had a lunch special they enjoyed and found reasonably priced.Some of the bar tenders seemed a little slow and not too happy to have customers. Others were enthusiastic and happily chatted with customers. There's nothing worse than feeling like your presence is a bother to someone whom you are paying.For a hotel bar this was definitely not too bad of an experience."

"Great all around pub. Food typical. Go for the patio. The only Burlington pub on the water! So if weather nice do whatever you can to ensure you get a patio table. you might have to wait or go very early.Good sandwiches and drinks. Prices reasonable. And staff very friendly :)"
