"Pretty reasonable for the price. However, seemed a bit crowded. Very difficult to hear the Captain over the load speaker, which was especially frustrating while listening for the raffle drawing. The food tasted okay, but the presentation wasn’t the greatest and seemed to be a bit unsanitary. For example, the bread rolls were just sitting in a greasy unlined cardboard box and we witnessed one of the gentleman preparing the desserts tear open the frosting package with his teeth and prep the opening with his bare fingers. Scissors and gloves would have gone a long way. When I grabbed my key lime pie, it had what appeared to be a fingerprint on the surface. None of us got sick, but we were all grossed out at the unprofessional display in the kitchen. On the upper deck, I wished we could have walked over to where the paddle wheel was turning and enjoyed the view out the rear of the vessel, but tables were crammed along the rail making it impossible to access. Otherwise, the view outside the ship was beautiful, we saw a few dolphins swimming near the boat. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone expecting a classy experience, but if you’re just looking for cheap fun with a view, go for it."

"Fantabulous, I and the Lawn Crew for Daytona Memorial Cemetery had lunch, Fantabulous fantabulous. Cooper was the waitress at the bar, recommending Cooper an increase for her great efforts. The food was amazing, Cooper made sure we took care of it. This place brings my 10 stars out of 5 for fantabulistic service and food and beer. Thanks for my satisfied belly."

"The waitress took care of so many tables and our food came so late. the coffee was cold and the bread with the cappacio was old and hard. not happy with our meal. we always have good food and service at this place, but this time we are not satisfied. she changed the coffee but and very pleasant. She told me the coffee was cold because of the cream. as if we've never been drinking coffee."

"Both meals surpassed our expectations. I had the king cut prime rib. my wife the filet mignon. both came out exactly how we ordered them. excellent taste and the portions were generous. the service was on site. we will be back soon."

"Upon arrival, and mention of our reservation to the hostess, she told us that at this moment they were only offering seating at the bar. I tried to politely mention again that I had a reservation, just to encounter the same reply, giving us the choice of bar or waiting, not on the best tone. Not a mention on how much wait or that she apologized for the situation. We turned around to leave, and on our way out, she mockingly said have a good night. I turned around, ask for the manager and briefly explained the situation to her. She was at least empathetic and apologized for the situation, thing that I cannot say about the hostess after all the mess. After my experience, I have read similar negative reviews during the past weeks, which were replied by the management. Having bad customer service is bad, but acknowledging the problem and doing nothing is aggravated disregard. I will not step foot again in this location. There are too many restaurants in the Daytona area to stand this treatment."
