"Ordered a post mates order just now and instead of nuggets they just put a whole chicken in there. No one contacted us about the switch. We got no sauces, no cutlery, no napkins and we did not get the drink for our kids meal. Overall it was disappointing and we spent money on items we didn’t get. The food we did get is good, don’t get me wrong, but it isn’t what we ordered."

"Boston meets Southern hospitality. Awesome atmosphere. Great with kids. Great food. Superb service. Always the same hostess. Manager always comes by table to check on you. It's like the class of Boston meets southern hospitality.....up class meets hometown feeling. Every time I go everything it's consistent and I feel like I belong. Doesn't matter what area I'm seated in or which waitress I get.....I always have a very enjoyable experience and feel like I have known these people my entire life (even though I've lived here for only a year). Two thumbs up. Keep up the awesomeness!"

"We learned after the order that the restaurant for renovations would be closed a few days later. Menu points were not available, food was slowly arriving and were greasy and overboiled. There were 1 servers for the whole restaurant, which was grateful was not very busy."
