"Review is for O'Charley's, Griffin, GA. Date of visit, 9-26-23. See the one-star review by JC. on 7/9/23; it's similar to our (my wife and my) experience: 25-minute wait before anyone came to our table and asked for our drink order. The waitress who had every other booth by the window except ours, for some reason, didn't make eye contact with us the dozen or so times she passed by. Finally, the bartender took our order but when meals were brought out, both side dishes on my wife's order were different from what she ordered. She apologized but it still took 10 minutes for the correct sides to be delivered. So, 45-50 minutes from the time we walked in to when my wife got her meal. Food quality was 4 stars, but poor service resulted in overall 2."

"Waiter was nice, but the food was kind of average. I had Flo's fillet and it was tender, but it kind of tasted like they only grilled a massive layer of spices (peffer) on the steak. The potatoes were beautiful and creamy, the Caesar salad was actually kind of big for a side salad. I also had the perfect one, and the waiter even asked if I wanted salt on the rim, something I usually forget to subtle with sugar until after my drinking. All in all was nice, but the steak wasn't worth it."

"They didn't speak to us when we walked in and I waited, but finall spoke to them. There were five people working, which was good. However, SPEAK to your customers when they come in. I realize they're just making sandwiches, but smile and say hello people! Basically ignored us until we ordered. The adult in the room (the rest were students or studentesque spoke to my wife as we waited on our food as he was sweeping. Clint did a good job of getting our ordered situated and communicated well. Food was good and hot; couldn't have asked for a better sandwich and ignoring me was worth it :"
