"Good food and good service. They need air conditioning in the big room and they need to get some better tables because the vanish has come off the table and they come off feeling like they haven't been cleaned. But, they are clean and the food is really good, the service is also good, and the prices aren't to bad either. The prime rib is excellent. The menu has a wide variety and they also have specials in a black board. Get there before 7 pm or else you won't get any prime rib! Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot is gravel but so it may be difficult for a wheel chair to move but getting into the restaurant once you are off the gravel is extremely easy."

"This review has to do specifically with items that are omitted to go to orders. The food itself is always good, but the last three times I ordered to go there is always something lacking from the order. Today it was boneless buffalo wings and the last 2 times it was sides of rice. We have actually checked to make sure that there is rice in our today, so we thought that everything was good, but if we were home, that?s, when we noticed that the missing appetizer we paid. We live 40 minutes away, so it's not that we can just walk back to the restaurant to get it. I called this time back to bring it their attention, and while the lady that excuses our to go order was super nice and I'm sure it was an honest mistake, it's still frustrating. But when I asked them to make a checklist or double check the bags before they go out, she said they did not generally. I think the management must begin to reference pick-slips or print two separate revenues for the customer and one for the packer so that they can only do one check-off to ensure that everything makes it in the pocket. It is not always possible to order your togo your car in the parking lot and unpack everything in the cargo area when there are many containers to look through to check everything or when it rains. If the management would double check them or make a check-off list with the orders, it should repair them forward and I think it would be relatively easy to implement. In addition to the most recent failures, the food is always good and dune in service is always good. I just need to make a mental note to check everything from now on before you leave the parking lot."

"This place is horrible. I am pregnant and wanted my family to have a little get away before the new arrival. The smell was horrible, our room was absolutely disgusting looks like nobody been there in years and no moment like they stuck us away from everybody. I already received bad energy when I first walked in. Nobody greeted us and everybody looked at us funny. I lost almost $300 because I simply could not stay in it. You would do better off going to red roof. The vents were dirty and the bed had a spider in it. Not to mention my view outside was dirty building. Then when I went to leave they tried to offer me a better room like if you knew the 6 floor was disgusting then why would you give it to anyone. Honestly I felt like my skin color played a big part in my experience due to all the looks and uncomfortable stares but it cannot be proven so we going to just leave that part alone. Really wish I could get my money back because we are getting a new addition to the family but I couldn’t risk our health. Not only am I pregnant I also have a toddler and she was itching when we left. Please check the room before paying or just don’t go."

"Had a wonderful experience. Took two of my children for their first time and my youngest daughter who loves shrimp wanted shrimp so she got shrimp. As she was eating she complained about it being too hot spicy for her. I simply asked if I could have a small bowl of hot water so I could take the spices off the shrimp so she could eat her dinner. Our server insisted on bringing her a new plate of shrimp instead of me washing the spices off. So he was so wonderful do go far beyond what he needed to and I appreciate him so much. My dinner was excellent and my husband said it was the best salmon with spicy mushroom sauce he'd had. And my son's steak was cooked the right way instead of not so in all it was wonderful. On top of all the stuff going on at my table they were busy with others. Hope the next time we go it will be the same service and respect from the server. Hopefully we'll get the same gentleman."
