"We were looking forward to coming here for a birthday dinner. We sat down and the server came out asking what we wanted to drink. We all said water and we waited 5 minutes and another server comes and asks the same thing. So we said we wanted wateragain and they got that after. We had asked politely if our table could be wiped down and they said they would, we waited 10minutes and asked another person and they still didn?t. Did I mention that this is 20 minutes later and we hadn?t ordered yet?Unfortunately the service we got was so bad that we had to walk out after wasting 30 minutes sitting at a dirty table starving.Won?t be back ???? very disappointed"

"We stopped in for lunch and were pleasantly greeted and introduced to our wait staff. She was great! Attentive (not intrusive during conversations, cleared plates/glasses quickly), knowledgeable and offered great suggestions from the menu. The pizza and the local beer is a killer combo. The carrot cake for dessert was good...not as dense as I'm used to. Overall it was a great experience."

"Attended Saturday for our Strata’s AGM. Warm welcome on arrival. Copious amounts of coffee available supplemented with croissants, muffins and fruit. The server was very attentive without being intrusive. Lots of support in setting up presentation materials and electronics. Toilets clean and adjacent to meeting...room. A meeting room with a lovely view. Lunch was served hot: soup and sandwiches with two varieties of salad and little eclairs. Would definitely recommend and return. Thank you for making us feel so welcome."

"Best Burger Ever. I LOVE the classic burger! Even though it's not a homemade patty it's one damn good burger. It's the only thing I ever order when we go there and my friends that I have dragged there agree whole heartedly! LOL"

"Great mountain steakhouse. Oysters awesome too. Superb wine list (mainly bc Going back for the tomahawk Sides are large and shareable. We had the prime rib and the filet mignon and Brussel sprouts and asparagus (could have shared one of those especially following oysters Good size portions. Wonderful service"

"When we are feeling steakish, there really is only one place to go in Kelowna, and that is the Keg. What we like is the consistent quality of the product. Also, and this is very important, you actually get a nice big piece of steak. Now, maybe not Texas big, but there is no question that you just ate at a steakhouse. Great service, great drinks, and a really good atmosphere. 5 stars!"

"One of the best meals I had in a long time! every time I go here, it's a 10/10, and last night was not an exception! absolutely tasty, especially the features of the day: bannock with crimped cream sauce and penne pasta in a paprika cream and parmesan sauce!"

"Our hockey team came in today with a whole bunch of hungry kids. Our server was Sinthia and I have to tell you she is hands down the best server we have ever had at any restaurant. She had every order done promptly and accurately. The food was amazing. She dealt with 15 starving teenagers like a pro. I would go back again for the food and service. Thank you Sinthia!"
