"This was the BEST experience!! First of all, they were toddler friendly, unlike most restaurants in the city. The ambiance was great, a nice calm from the busy fast pace. We ordered the wings, the flavor was very much above our expectation. Our entree was the porch chop, it looked more like a ribeye! Our drinks were crafted perfectly. The staff were so friendly and accommodating! This was the best restaurant experience during our time in the city! Kudos Tradmark Bar Kitchen!"

"The service was super slow in one night that the café was maybe 30-40% full. This has happened a few times in a row. We'll order some salads and some appetizers that all came together. The menu is getting shorter and more limited, now dominated by pasta dishes. The café has really declined in the two years I lived in the neighborhood. Really a shame."

"Came for lunch with 8 people and service was terrible and food was very average and over priced. We waited for our food forever, when we asked to check on it 3 4 times, been told it was coming but every time it never did. Few times went inside the restaurant to find no wait staff of manager there. Portions were all over the place salmon was tiny, 3 of us had it and it was different size for all 3, chicken was too much, on the other hand. No consistency whatsoever. No wonder the restaurant is empty. They need to pick up their game and fast."

"Server was incredibly rude. I never asked if we need to refill drinks. I never asked if the food was okay. Ordered a medium-rare prime rib. It came out medium good. My husband's middle rib was much rarer than mine. Just an overall bad experience."
