"I was able to make a reservation for 10am brunch. Online there is a brunch menu and everything. When you show up apparently the restaurant is attached to the hotel and they do not open until 11am. I asked why I could make a reservation and apparently they don’t do reservations and do not do brunch. Your information here is completely wrong."

"Me and 4 girlfriends went to San Jose/San Francisco to celebrate my birthday! I wanted a nice steak dinner to celebrate. I started searching Google maps and found Birk’s. I loved that they took reservations and had their last reservation at 830pm so we had enough time to get back to San Jose to change and be ready for a nice relaxing dinner! Birk’s happened to be in an cooperates office area so as I was driving around to find it, which I missed the original entrance, finally found it on the East side of the buildings. Parking was definitely easy to find at 830pm. But I could see if the offices were open it may be a bit of a challenge to find a close spot. We walked in and was greeted immediately. We were sat at a nice table that could see the kitchen. We ordered drinks and appetizer calamari and then a wedge salad for myself. The rest of the meals were the filet mignon with blue cheese and port wine, sea bass with black rice and prime rib with Lobster Mac and Cheese. Everything was cooked to perfection! This was a wonderful birthday dinner and I would recommend this for a nice dinner or celebration!"

"I went to this restaurant with my friend. The food was pretty good and the service was good. We dropped our bill and left. My problems started here. I checked my bank statement and realized that I had been charged more than the sum I had written on the entrance. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. He promised to call me back with an explanation, but I never heard of him. After further recourse, I filed a complaint with the State. The explanation I have on the paper said that a 2% service fee was applied to my bill. What they did not explain was why it had been added after my bill. When I sum up the congratulations, I always make sure that the final sum ends with zeros in the cent column. $xx.00) So it was quite obvious that the charges were applied after I paid the bill. I don't want to say I won? If you decide to go here, I'd pay for money. I don't think they're familiar with credit."
