"Having dined at many restaurants over the years, my wife and I had our first Michelin star experience here, and it did not disappoint. The service was impeccable, meeting every expectation and then some. The food was nothing short of perfection, a symphony of flavors that danced on our palates. To top it off, the pricing was surprisingly reasonable for such an elevated dining experience. This restaurant is truly a gem, and we can't recommend it enough to those seeking a culinary journey to remember."

"L'accueil est assez moyen et très "touristique". 80% de la clientèle est étrangère. Le service est " à la bonne franquette". Par rapport aux appliqués, on s'attend clairement à un service de meilleure facture....Le plat (rumsteck) est bon, sans saveurs particulières et le vin, bien que cher, est honnête. Le café par contre n'est clairement pas au niveau... un désastre. Les tartes flambées (hors de prix^^) servies sur les tables à côté sont minuscules et ne font pas l'unanimité."

"Local cuisine, delicious food, many choices, service is great, we enjoyed this off the beaten path restaurant.. we are from Philadelphia here in the Alsace region.. important to note on this restaurant— if you don’t have a car, and we don’t, there appears to be exactly one Uber car for hire and then you call taxis.. which are very expensive. We paid more for taxi service to and from then we paid for our meal.. really angry about that, but, now others can make informed choices."

"Simple meny. Some classics with Rousti as speciality. I went for the saurcrute. Was served with one fat bacon slice, one pig and one beef sausage and smoked meat. The cabbage was overcooked and sausages was low class."
