"The waiter didn’t seem very interested in serving us. He rarely came to the table and didn’t bring out bread when we asked him twice. The food was good, a little heavy from what I am used to in Italy. I would rate this as slightly better than your average American Italian restaurant, nothing to really write home about"

"The food here is excellent. Take your time and enjoy. All facets of our meal were perfect. The mushroom soup was full of rich buttery mushroom flavor and absolutely delicious. My wife had prix fixe menu with the cassoulet and she loved it. I had the veal veau et champignons and it was excellent. I was very hungry so I also had beef bourguignon(don 't judge me) and it was delicious. The meal was well paced and served hot and fresh. Followed up the meal with great chocolate mousse and cappuccino. If Paris Bistro was in downtown Naperville, you couldn 't get near this place."
