"It is Easter Monday and I came with my dog Duke for a coffee and ricotta cannoli (our favourite) A young girl served us and she was very attentive and friendly. She impressed me when she remembered my coffee order and I didn't have to repeat myself. Unfortunately when I got my cannoli and bit into it, it was Vanilla rather than Ricotta. I went back to the counter and explained the situation. They replaced my plate with 2x ricotta cannoli. I am feeling grateful and applaud good customer service where it's called for. Thank you San Valentino for your service and great cannoli's. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a taste of Italian coffees and desserts. To the young girl at the counter, sorry if I have inconvenienced you but because of you, your sincerity and smile, San Valentino has become our regular go to for great coffees and cannoli, riccotta canolis"
