"The worst part of the experience was the service. They sat of us outside at a table with loud, heavy chairs that we had to set up ourselves, with one drink menu for three people. Our server showed up to ask if we needed anything…yeah, a food menu for everyone. He finally got those, then somehow messed up our water order. He dropped off bread and butter but no silverware. He was way too informal about everything, it was like we were at Chili’s, not a pricey steakhouse. Our food finally came, and it was meh. The creamed spinach had too much garlic, the sprouts were undercooked, and the steaks were just ok. It took people about minutes to turn on the heat lamp, so they were banging away right next to us while we were trying to have a conversation. I would not recommend this place to anyone"

"We have enjoyed Morton's for years. Our latest experience was disappointing. The service was spotty. There was a significant delay between courses, and our water glasses were never refilled. Our appetizers arrived well before the bread, which arrived only after we asked a second time where it was. While our filet mignon was well prepared, I was given a bourbon sauce for my steak although I had requested the cognac sauce. The creamed spinach one of our favorite Morton's sides) was bland and almost tasteless. If our next visit is as disappointing, we may drop them from our list of favored dining spots."
