"My daughter and I were often customers before the kovid, and are now twice since. the first time back was about two months ago and was wonderful. everything was 10/10. we always love the cilantro lime salat with garnel and could not wait to come back. Yesterday my daughter and I went back while I went around the mall and had believed the salat as crazy. while we wait for about 30 minutes to eat to come, luis, who was our amazing server, apologized for eating so long and offered us suppe or brot while we waited. the salads came and the garnel in it still had the faecal path in them, which is terrible and totally ruined our appetit. luis offered us something else that we got the French dip and the Turkey club that was in order, but we were not even very hungry after we had seen the garnels so. then we had a coffee that had a gnat in it. update: the restaurant manager jorge called me and apologized for the experience yesterday. I have changed my star rating from 1 star to 3 stars because how impressed I was with the call of jorge and luis as server overall. Hopefully, when we come back to try again, it's as good as before."
