"I rushed here on my lunch break to order a quick snack. The lobby was completely empty and no customers were in the building. The staff member told me I needed a mask to come in. I told him I left it at work and asked if they had an extra I could wear.His response what?s that they were out. I then asked of I could just order from outside the front door and he could walk it outto me. I was again denied. I then asked for the three employees names and they refused to tell them to me. As I closed the doorand walked away in disbelief one of them said ?my name is Tom? and started laughing. I completely understand the mask mandateand respect every business to have their own policy. Unfortunately, will not be supporting this establishment again because ofthe poor customer service and the arrogant attitudes I received from their staff. 1/29/22 @1:25pm if management wants to talk toyour employees."

"For some reason they weren’t taking orders at the lobby?! This was Saturday at 5:30 PM. They must have closed their “in-person” lobby orders because of the HUGE drive-thru line they had? Trying to catch up? Not sure, but disappointed that I couldn’t not order at the lobby. It had to be an online order or drive-thru."

"Love jamba juice. quite loud (for obvious reasons), but not busy. only four people were inside. Eating and presentation is perfect. the container to go are reliable and easy to use. the inside seats are closed due to the kovid, but there are tables outside. if they really have to sit, they can also go to one of the many facilities close by. There is a picnic table right around the corner behind togos overlooking the street. quite loud, but isolated from most customers. there are also bicycle stands near."
