"I normally don’t leave reviews on places unless they really upset me or they really impressed me. Today I was really impressed. I normally stop at this Rocs gas station on my way to and from work in the mornings or even in the afternoons if it calls for it. Every once in a while I’ll actually go into the store and get a breakfast sandwich or something to snack on while I’m working. It’s always clean and the people are always very friendly and forthcoming. Today however I got a sandwich, one of the pre-wrapped ones at the front that you pick up on your way out. It was called a hillbilly breakfast sandwich, and it peaked my interest because the only other one there was a bacon, egg and cheese and I just wasn’t interested in that this morning. Come to find out, this breakfast sandwich had some kind of roast beef on top of it with caramelized onions, provolone cheese and a fried egg on top of a biscuit. It is probably one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life, no exaggeration. I was pleasantly surprised to bite into that and find it sweet and savory and still soft from sitting out at the front. I highly recommend if you stop at this Rocs local market that you pick up one of their hillbilly breakfast sandwiches. I’ve never heard of them before, I’ve never come across something that’s similar, but it has changed my outlook on the way I eat breakfast."
