"This was an awful visit!! We had a reservation for 8 people we sat down at 1:12pm and our food arrived at 2:31pm— our drinks arrived 6 mins after our food arrived !! No manager or bus boys in sight —one meal arrived incorrectly and one meal was def not what was on the menu salmon raw) and salad appeared scraped off of someone else’s plate . Beyond disappointed finally asked the kool aid hair dyed hostess for a manager . The manager finally came down stating that she was 1 of 3 managers on staff yet never saw a one of them. The waiter promised a comp but when the bill came it was full price. Manager finally discounted our bill 30% still so disappointing and frustrating for a well known restaurant. Clearly not a well ran machine in the restaurant industry when a manager has no idea what is going on in their restaurant nor helping out when they are visibly understaffed. We will not revisit this location ever !"
