"If you 'd ever wandered what BBQ was like in Arkansas, don 't. I had high hopes given the sauce selection, however that 's where my disappointment started, and only got worse. The sliced brisket was more shaved and I 'm positive microwaved bologna slathered in liquid smoke would have had more flavor. I finally found some semblance of flavor after mixing all six sauces together which just added to my confusion of how they think serving two, yes two tiny ribs is ok as part of their two meat plate... which really didn 't matter as the bush 's baked beans stole the show, and that 's not supposed to be a compliment, but when canned beans are better than your cue something isn 't right. Quick update, due to owner response... I gave 3 stars out of pity because I know some amount of effort had to go into taking all aspects of flavor out of the meat, except the two little bites of ribs did show promise, and no I didn 't eat it all out of fear it would cause me to pull over midway through my road trip from Atlanta to OKC.. I mostly review bbq places , and pretty fairly I believe because I want restaurants to be successful."
