"This was a surprisingly impressive BBQ joint. We had the sliced brisket, ribs and sausage which were all very good. The meats had a mild smoke flavor and very good seasoning. The texture of the brisket and ribs was spot on. They were both tender but not so tender they disintegrated. Their sausage was also very good with a nice fatty taste which is what I like. The Mac and Cheese and Potato Salad were both excellent. This is a very good Texas BBQ restaurant."

"The visit here was good. We ordered the ribs and brisket and each were very tasty and tender. The sides could use a little work as the mac n cheese was very strange tasting and the other sides needed seasoning. The environment was very friendly and there was a lot of space. I'd go back."

"After dining here several times, this was a total fail because of the service and frankly rude hostess and manager. Upon arrival for my scheduled reservation, the hostess said it’ll be a few minutes. After waiting over thirty minutes, I approached her to ask about the delay and approximate wait. She responded rudely and said she can’t ask others to leave. Another hostess approached and presented with the same demeanor. I told them that their responses were unnecessary. I was told that I could talk to the manager. I approached him. He continued working while we spoke. He offered little other than to say they were very busy, Open Table over booked them, his staff were stressed, and we would get the next table. So approximately forty-five minutes after our reservation time, we were seated. Our food was good, but the vibe was not the best from the onset."

"The place was not quite what it used to be. We had the Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict. A potentially excellent meal was rendered average when the the poached eggs were placed on cold smoked salmon. Eggs could have used another minute. Wait staff was always obviously first string in the past; now more third string."
