"Just wanted to say how wonderful this place was to my family tonight. Emily was an excellent waitress. We had a slight emergency and needed to leave. She went over and above to be nice! She offered boxes ,got our check and then gave us extra sauces and ketchup for our children. On top of that our food was excellent. Cooked perfect. Thank you underdog bbq! Your friends from Buffalo New York"

"It's been with Quaker Steak Lube for years. Great food. I was a little sticker shocked at the prices. We had great service. She was friendly, helpful and efficient. The boneless Arizona Ranch wings were absolutely delicious!"

"I 've had Dickey 's from many other locations, this by far is the worst. While spending time in Erie, we decided to order take out, and to our surprise, they were closed; yet still taking orders from customers while taking the money in the process! Upon showing up to pick up the order is when we were greeted by an employee who said they were closed for catering only and that we would be receiving a refund, that was on Thursday September 15th. Still there has been no refund after calling corporate and this locations management, whom are very incompetent."

"Really nice food. The place was empty though but I guess it had to do with the weather, as it was raining tonight. The portions were generous and relatively priced. The sauces on the side are so good! You definitely have to try them! I had the pulled pork and the brisket with Mac and cheese and salad with honey mustard. All of them were delicious! Service was good, although it would be better not to vacuum the area when there are people eating there."
