"I stayed at Bryce Resort for a month and went to Copper Kettle 4 times, eating only twice. First time I sat outside and ordered a gluten free pizza. It took almost 30 minutes to get it and it was just not worth the wait. Weak overall flavor and the GF crust was a dry disappointment. The next time was to order take out and it was a hassle. The hostess was confused with how help me since there was some kind of member party going on. After she looked around a while she left to ask someone and came back a few minutes later saying she thinks I can order from the bar. The bar was crowded and I was seen but not acknowledged and after 5-7 minutes I left. The next time I went for lunch and asked for an outside table and was told they are not seating outside. I asked if I can sit by the window and they said yes only to ask me a few minutes later to move to the table behind me (away from the window), which I kindly did. I waited for sometime to be seen before finally leaving. The very last time I went was with a dear friend who came to visit me and after a long day we decided to stay local despite my hesitation going here again. A more mature lady was at the hostess stand this time and asked how she could help us. We asked if there was a table outside available. She asked if we had a reservation and we did not (had no clue you needed one even after my 3rd visit). She began to lecture us on the need for a reservation and then went on to explain that she certainly cannot sit us outside because of rain in the forecast. It wasn?t raining then and didn?t rain at all that evening. But we could appreciate the caution and said we understood. She went on and gave us what felt like a lecture again on the weather and table umbrellas and then proceeded to lecture us some more about the need for a reservation. We nodded and kindly smiled several times showing our appreciation and compassion for her rules as she continued talking to us like children. It was bizarre, and then I simply said t"
