"Dickey's Barbecue Pit was the best barbeque I had. I ordered the pulled pork plate coming with two sides. I tried the Bbq beans and the Cole Slav. I also tried the fried onions. The pulled pig was tender and damp. The taste was well above average. The sweet and orriginal sauces were good. Her style is Texas and I found the sauces a bit thinner than I used to. The classic had a touch of heat and the sweetness lived up to its name. The sauce on the baked beans was also a bit on the thin side, but the taste was good. The Coleslaw was also above average with a good consistency and a beautiful tangent in the sauce. The onions are phenomenal."
