"I have been a regular customer at Hangofer for quite a few years (takeaway but it is clear that the quality has declined over time. When it is not the controlled device which refuses the credit card (and which therefore requires finding a bank to withdraw cash , it is above all the random nature of the ingredients which is damaging: once it is the burnt fries, once it 's the poutine cheese which is not great or in very small quantity, another time it 's the poutine sauce which has suddenly become spicier... And I 'm not talking about the choice of meats which is never complete (out of stock, not ready, etc. In short, I will have to take a break because I cannot afford to order with apprehension of knowing whether the quality will follow or not... J I hope it comes back one day."
