"This is an excellent NC BBQ space. They only do curbside during the pandemic, but this does not seem to affect the food quality. Between us we had BBQ style and regular Slav, frits, potato salad, Hush puppies and chopped BBQ with sweet and vinegar sauce. Everything was great. A server goes to your car and offers a menu and takes your order. Our server was very helpful, pleasant and patient. Too bad we live 300 miles away. We took our food into a beautiful small park with picnic table in the middle of the city center of Elkin. What a great lunch!! I'll put this place on my list."

"We had an excellent time here! Amazing service and very good selection on menu! Really knowledgeable waitress and very clean place. Really recommend! All 3 kids in our group loved thier food and the prices are also really excellent! There is a super cool pig statue just outside the front door that is perfect for photos! The kids especially loved that! I had ordered the barbecue tots and it was on French fries, no tots : the fries were over salted a bit and none of the adults in our group were able to eat the fries because of how salty they were. Definitely would go back! The barbecue is the very best and worth a drive if you are further away. We came from about an hour away and glad we did! Hot dogs and burgers were also amazing! Husband and I loved the barbecue sandwich! Perfect place for a tasty meal. Would also make a cool place to have a little celebration like a birthday. Really charming and fun atmosphere. This place is really a gem and we look forward to coming back! Oh and the hush puppies are the best I've ever had in my whole life!!!!"
