"Staff was friendly and food was decent for the price, but wait times were excessive. We were told to seat ourselves which was fine, but we had trouble finding a clean table to sit. We attempted to flag the waitress down multiple times for refills and eventually our check but was ignored."

"Since I was visiting from out of town I was really hoping to have some good BBQ while I was down here. Sadly when I got here the pulled pork and the ribs were sold out when we got here. Even though I wasn’t able to try those I was still able to try the burger they had with brisket. The burger was very good and was recommended from one of the wait staff when we were informed the other two types of meat were sold out. The service was wonderful and the wait staff is VERY nice and helpful! I hope to visit here in the future on a road trip once again."

"How can a smoking restaurant come from two meats on Saturday at 18:15? I understand that the turkey was ordered and simply not delivered what is more a company and not local, but dinner rush is just starting and your ribs are in the smoker? Also made of baked potatoes and corn on the Cob. We almost left the first two decisions, were not even available. I decided and ordered a basic pulled pig sandwich, but that was a sad journey."

"Stopped in Saturday's Barbecue on a Saturday morning to grab a sandwich. I wanted to get a Burnt Ends sandwich but was told there were no burnt ends available. I went with the Brisket sandwich with regular BBQ sauce to go. I chatted with Eli for a bit and he seems like a real good dude and states he has been at this location for 3 years. Eli states during the spring/summer he will have sides available but not during the winter months. I asked about some spicy BBQ sauce and he states he didn't have any at the moment. I noticed from other reviews there is a hot BBQ sauce made from peppers grown on the property, and hope I can try some of that when they become available. The portion of Brisket on my Brisket sandwich was hefty! I tried it without BBQ sauce before adding the BBQ sauce. I found the meat to be flavorful and was mixed with juicy, dry and fatty pieces. The price of the Brisket sandwich was a bit high at $10 without a side or drink. Overall, Eli's friendly demeanor and passion for BBQ makes this a must visit place! I plan to visit Saturday's Barbecue again when the full menu is available, as I would like to try the coleslaw, burnt ends, and spicy/hot BBQ sauce. "Awesome customer service!!!! Beans were great! Baby ribs were very dry but the taste was good. But the bbq sauce was not the best.But I will go back and try it again. Great atmosphere. Give it a shot."
