"Had the lunchtime special, three courses for really surprised with the portion sizes, I expected them to be much smaller versions of the main menu boy was I wrong. I will stick to two courses next time. Over all very pleased with both the food and service."

"Beautiful venue in the newly renovated Tokyo night club, with the nightclub being upstairs and a lovely bourbon bar/speakeasy downstairs named Louies. Great choice of cocktails, beers, wines and spirits. The chefs can be really accommodating! I find eating out can often be very difficult for me because of having to eat a gluten free diet. Obviously pizza is out the question but the chefs/staff were more than happy to create a burger with no bun for me. The cliche burger (beef burger topped with salad, cheese and pulled pork) is to die for!"

"My sister and I have brought the children to eat on Sunday. we didn't know what to expect, but we enjoyed everything about this little gem. now not shocked by the size of the place, it is tiny, only sitting 16-20 dinner on a handful of tables. you don't have to book early! we did and then when we arrived there was a problem with booking online and they didn't have any recording. for the happiness they could squeeze us into and were very courteous and friendly about the mixture up. the interior is modern kuhstall, driftwood walls and milkblow stool with cow seats. the open kitchen and the smiling staff welcome them when they are designed in these architects modern structure on the hill behind the village pub balanced. the menu is as compact as the resturant and abstract on the point, a series of honest and welcoming burgers with a vegetarian and huhn options also. large selection or beside orders and drinks menu. the personal was attentive, friendly and efficient. we had a talk with chef about eating when we paid the bill, he was really interested in knowing what we thought about the place. the burgers were delicious, juicy and packed with taste, exactly the correct amount of bungalow to Patty ratio, they are able to add extras like sauce, cheese and salat. the chips were in order, the wobble rings perfection and koleslaw klobig and despite homemade. we did not ask to see the pudding options as we fought to finish our nets. they had a really large outside area that was not usable because of -2, but would be a super area at warmer days as they have heated. we recommend to our guests rumpus as a great place to lunch or dinner, who may have to start an extension now!"

"Ordered food for 30 people for my Wife 's Birthday Party .Lee came to my house te set it all up and lay everything out to create a lovely presentation.The food was amazing from Canopies to Poached Salmon , Delli Sandwiches, Giant Prawn Coctail . Chicken Tikka Bites , everything home cooked and prepared .Everyone at the party commented how Fabulous the Food was and a big thanks to Lee and Gary for everything"

"My partner and I visited yesterday for lunch. The visit didn’t start well as just as we were about to walk in, nobody acknowledged us. A waitress saw us and walked straight past us without so much of a look. We had to ask where to sit and reply was “wherever it doesn’t matter” so we sat in the back room. Food ordered and took a long time to come. We were never asked if we wanted any sauces or anything and nobody checked if the meal was ok during. Food was ok but nothing to write home about. While waiting, staff were sat down talking about how many instagram/tik tok followers they had and taking the mick out of each other. Yes fair enough to talk to your work mates but personally I wouldn’t do it in earshot of customers. They were then asking each other if they think they should check on the other customers (but didn’t) None of the staff were friendly or welcoming and no thank you when we paid the bill. Finally, one waitress sat down folding napkins on a table full of dirty plates that was probably a metre away from us. The drink I was served was warm and served in a dirty glass. Wouldn’t go back or recommend."

"18 months since my 5 review. Still a regular venue of ours. Food and beers still very good. I don't know why but the service has gone backwards. The wait for food was almost an hour on our last two visits."

"I visited the shop last week and was greeted with a big smile from a lovely lady who took the time to go through the menu with me and my choosy 5 year old. I opted for the spicy chicken gourmet burger and my son had a sandwich. We ate in and the lady chatted with us and made us both feel very welcome. I would highly recommend the food and service. We will definitely be going back to try something else. Thanks big baps xxxx"
