"This restaurant has been on my list to try for awhile. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. It is located on the square of downtown lawrenceville. It’s very pretty square. We ate and walked a pine the downtown and did some shopping. I ordered a pork sandwich with fries and my husband got the award wining ribs. The pork was very tender and I loved the Texas toast. The restaurant is very clean and I really appreciate that when eating somewhere lol. The staff was friendly and Attentive. The price point was really good for the portion sizes. I live in Alpharetta and I will definitely be making the drive to lawrenceville again!!! If you haven’t already you need to try this restaurant:"

"This is awesome southern cooking just like Grandma used to make! Went to this place for another visit, once again the food was excellent! From the fried chicken to the fried catfish the mashed potatoes and gravy and Salisbury steak everything was delicious, the staff is also very friendly!"

"Staff was friendly and welcoming. Food was a huge let down. My brisket was dry. My collard greens Mac n cheese didn't have any flavor. Beef ribs tasted like gas. BBQ Hoggie was tasty. Sauces were tasty.Something I saw on TikTok. Expected more from this place. Drive far to get it."

"These are by far the best ribs I've ever had. They are fall off the bone tender and have a really great flavor. I don't even need the BBQ sauce. The sides are good as well. Be aware, they only accept cash."

"Absolutely delicious so juicy and fall apart moist. I’m from Texas so finding BBQ that is up to par is difficult, but I found it! They even had Texas size servings I had the brisket sandwich and he had the pulled pork we shared perfectly prepared French fries. I highly recommend. Most definitely returning."
