"Nice and cozy. This is the place to go for good BBQ. Don't go looking for a vegan meal, this is where you go to eat the vegetarians. :) Brisket, ribs, wings and meats are all excellently smoked. Lucked out and hit a quiet time when the restaurant was empty. Server was a little slow, but overall covered us well during the meal, especially once the place filled up with supper dinners. The sauces really make the meal. My girlfriend and I always grab the Smokehouse sauce and my favorite, the Kansas City sauce. The Smokehouse sauce has a nice mid range heat and flavor that would work well for everyone. Kansas City has the spice and heat that will have you coming back for more. Hottest of the sauces on offer, it really becomes addictive. Works well with either a wet or dry selection of meats and really helps set off the flavors of the smokiness of the meats. Restaurant is family friendly, which can be trying for couples and people trying to have a quiet night out. Not as bad as Montana's where the kids run amuck, but I have found about 1 in 10 visits to the Smokehouse, that parents really need to settle down their offspring. Price range is midway and quality has always been good when I stop in. Service varies, but I have the patience as the food is really worth it. Definitely get the Burnt Ends. Those little gems with some KC sauce are my go to items. St. Louis and beef ribs are always excellent. Tip: The Smokehouse will sell you any of the table sauces to take home. Well worth the value and I always try and take home a couple of bottles."
