"I never did see a smoker on their premises. The brisket always tasted like it wascooked in the oven and not smoked like traditional BBQ. Really not like traditionalBBQ in the Southern USA and not like it should be. It just wasn't great or the real thing."

"Just needed a Sunday drive into town after walking dogs out along our beautiful Lands End Road but wanted breakfast. So, wifey remembered great waffles w/ chicken but I wanted duck. Lo and behold they had both!! So we got a side of confit and the well trained smiling staff attended to our needs w/ specialty cocktails and service. Light flavorful waffles, side of unexpectedly great salsa to dip the chicken in and I thing the maple syrup was real!!!!! Thanks for being there!!"

"My first coffee at the Cherries Breakfast Bistro and a walk in the Panama Flats made me decide to move into this neighbourhood. I loved the ambience, the hospitality and the warmth that the owner and the staff radiated. After moving into my new apartment,I visited this Bistro often for brunch and coffee. I worked on my research, read books and wrote my diary all while enjoying asip of coffee and a tasty bite. My favourites include tofu sandwich and Florentine. The staff is always welcoming and friendly,which brings a smile to your face and you always want to come back. These are lovely people serving delicious food in a homeyatmosphere."

"Food is plentiful, very filling and slightly more expensive that several other nearby restaurants. Service was OK, wings were tasty and for about $6 had value. Drink specials are offered (varies by day, as are food specials) There were families with children around the age 10 to 12 level but because of the potential louder atmosphere, may not be best for babies and toddlers."

"Just the best roti’s I’ve had. Their patties are A+ too. They’ll make everything to your preferred spice level too. Medium+ is just enough to make my forehead sweat, perfection. Also, the owners are just very kind and welcoming to all of their customers."
