"Never in the years of Firehouse being opened have I really had anything to complain about. This last month though has been completely outrageous, they must be under new management because personally I knew tristen. It was obvious she, including her staff were overworked and basically slaved to work under this company. Yet they all stayed respectful and joyful to their customers. Anyway there is a male who claims to be management which I 've witnessed yell and turn red as a tomato TOWARDS HIS EMPLOYEES. Everyone one of those said employees are doing NOTHING but working as hard as can be to satisfy their customers. I 'm reasonably disgusted by this behavior. After witnessing this I had actually talked to a lady who was serving me and she had relayed to me that not only one, but 4 people were drawn to revoke their job at firehouse to simply stop being harrased by 'Mitchel '? I will no longer spend money or even speak about Firehouse Subs, again. I really hope the other stressed out employees find it in themselves to find a work place that actually loves and cares for their team, as they should. Please do not support this restaurant as they have turned into something totally disgusting."

"So disappointed tonight.Staff was wonderful but food wasn't.I haven't been here in about 6 months but I used to crave this places food.My rack of ribs tasted like cheap hot dogs and my Lb. of brisket was super dry, my jaws still hurt from chewing. Ugh"

"This is one of the best food trucks! Everything there is amazing, you really can't go wrong. Their signature dish is the Insanely Gouda Nachos, a must try. The smoked Gouda sauce is to die for. You'll want it on everything! The prices may seem higher than compared to some other food trucks, but you get what you pay for. The portions are very generous (really, compare it to what you get at another truck), and the quality is always top-notch. All the meat is smoked for around 12 hours and the rub is homemade. Very authentic BBQ and delectable Tex-Mex. You won't be disappointed, give them a try!"

"I've had their chili twice. The first time was amazing, the second.... Had a few bad bites in there.... Was very fatty; was more like a sauce then a hearty chili. The Mac n cheese was mediocre; not sure if they're using a rue but it's pretty thick and lacks flavor. The cornbread was more like a little to my puck. I'd use it as a weapon before I tried eating it again. The mashed potatoes.... I'd drive a half hour in traffic for those potatoes. They were spicy.... Buttery.... Delicious!!!! Maybe the best I ever Had. I think the only thing this BBQ restaurant is missing.... Brisket. They offer a few different kinds of meats but no brisket. I'd go back again for the potatoes alone."
