"The employees working today (9-28-2021) were amazing! The staff was very attentive and made the order very smooth for my Kiddo with food allergies. They made sure to check the allergen binder, get the mix-ins and ice cream from new containers and mix it in the back to avoid cross-contamination. This is the first time in 12 years we had such an allergy stress-free experience. My child said they saw themselves and felt safe. Eating is usually one thing that my child feels excluded, and the staff made the whole process inclusive and pleasant. In addition, the store was clean, well lit, service was prompt, and the ice cream and smoothies were delicious."

"A little after 9. I assume Google has an older closing time of 10 on the website. The front door was closed, but the lobby was full of laughing teenagers. The workers who also seemed to be teenagers did not respectfully share the closure of the shop. The workers cried from behind that they were closed. It was simply unprofessional and in bad taste."

"Not really my favorite place to get ice cream since it 's a bit too 'hearty ' for me here, but I haven 't personally experienced any of the problems with employees a lot of people seem to be complaining about. Sure, I 've been to places with sweeter employees, but I 've always received efficient service here. I haven 't received any wrong orders, and whenever they 've been slow it has been due to a lot of people rather than them being incompetent. At this location, I tend to get more weird looks from the other customers than from the actual employees, but after reading some reviews here I 'm really not surprised."

"When it's 100 degrees outside, you really don't feel like eating much. Absolutely nothing sounds good for dinner, and who wants to cook in a hot kitchen or eat hot food in that type of weather? Not me! So, we came to the logical conclusion that ice cream sounded like the perfect dinner one recent evening during the heatwave. Somehow we've never tried Cold Stone before, so we figured there was no better time to give it a shot. We were not disappointed! We told our server we were newbies and he happily walked us through the process of selecting an ice cream flavor and some toppings to mix together. We wound up with 2 delicious sundaes. If you're ever considering an ice cream dinner during a heatwave- this place will fit the bill!"
