"Very weird and unprofessional experience this morning. I submitted an online order that had not even been started yet. While I am waiting in the waiting area, a young man is sitting there who I assume is a child or relative of the employee working. He is watching a movie or videos on his phone that were blasting “ all across the store. Then I’m told they’re out of bananas and spinach? Isn’t that the base of the majority of your smoothies. As a small business owner myself, I find that unacceptable. Period you send somebody to the grocery store right down the road to buy some bananas and spinach to get you through until your delivery arrives. Won’t be back. I’ll stick to the location on west rosedale."
