"Went for brunch and got the vegan mac and cheese. It was the only vegan option on the menu and it was quite disappointing. How they can charge $25 for something the size of a side is beyond me. The mac had a strange sweet taste and I had to douse it in salt and pepper to get it to taste ok. Tip was included (20% even for a table of 4. The 3% charge for credit cards on top is just silly since everything is overpriced. Overall, I paid almost $40 for the Mac and cheese and one mimosa and left very sad and hungry. The mimosa was not even good enough for me to want to do the bottomless option for $45. Other non-vegan dishes did look like a better deal for the price but the vegan option needs to be revamped completely."

"I was disappointed that the hotel had no record of my booking and it was for a birthday tea and the service was poor. The table cloth was dirty and the afternoon tea was not at the price quoted on the website. When I pointed this out to the staff they did not seem to care and I insisted on seeing a manager, I asked for the price to be honoured, it was not offered to me. I thought the hotel was dirty and it looked run down, which maybe wouldn’t have mattered if the customer service had been there and they had made the occasion something special for my Mums birthday."
