"I said excuse me near the entrance to the kitchen multiple times just slightly quieter than yelling and she sat there on her phone the entire time I sat down and she continued to stand there on her phone for about 5 minutes once she was off her phone I asked again and still didn’t respond after the second time, she also got most of my order incorrect (there were two other people there but they had already gotten there food. "The food here is ALWAYS phenomenal. We've ordered from here at least half a dozen times since moving to the area. My husband can sometimes be a picky eater but he LOVES the ceviche tostada and he always gets a carne asada burrito too, both picky eater approved. We've also ordered chicken tostadas, various tacos and tortas, quesadillas and more. We've ordered most of the time through door dash but we went in for pickup this last time. The place inside was so clean, the workers were super friendly and they always do such a nice job cooking our food! We love this place!"

"Eating is good, but they need another person for phone calls. it is really hard to place an order by phone. it seems that they have a person to answer phones, personal orders, fees and distribution of means of life. Today I called and was put on hold for 11 minutes all while I listened to the girl, take 4 commands and give 2. then I was suspended. I called and was asked if she could hold me back, I didn't reply that I did and was hanged 11 minutes ago. she apologised me and gave me another minute in the handle, then came back to take my order."
