"I checked on the website bull and finch and saw that they had on Friday nights and half-price desserts steak sandwiches for 10$c. it was just a few minutes walk from my hotel, so I went over. there was a chalkboard that led the same specials....The outside of the restaurant was very appealing. No one has greeted me and I was sitting one by one table before someone came by. After ordering the steak sandwich special, I was told that it is only good if they order a drink. that was not on the website or on the current one. I only drink water so that it didn't work. I said the waitress, I would order the beef sandwich and poutine, and they were both good. I had waited very long to get service and then eat. the tables with men who drink beer were quickly helped and often checked. I was full and couldn't finish the meal. I asked if I could order a dessert and take him home. the waitress said yes, she brought the bill and I paid. twenty minutes later the waitress came back and explained that the manager told her that you can't order desserts. I explained that I was too full now. the manager brought my dessert and told me I couldn't take him home. If you want to eat good, I have a suggestion. I was very happy in the next night to go to ricky’s all day grill at 11520 24th st almost on the same parking place. I was warmly welcomed, served quickly, eating was cheaper, just as delicious and when I couldn't finish it, they brought me to box. they took time to chat and to eat a dame from themselves feel welcome."

"The kitchen needs help. We ordered the Brewhouse Buffalo wrap and the portions were sad. For $20.99 each there was less chicken than a $4 Tim Horton's snack wrap. A hint of chicken on a mountain of lettuce. My prime rib was served blue. There's medium rare, then there's raw and probably dangerous. How anyone could LOOK at that piece of meat and have the audacity to serve it to a customer is beyond me. This place was never this careless and bad, hope they can fix these issues asap."
