"A week ago when I showed up to pick up my take-out order(which they had ready to go), I ordered a small cup of nacho cheese, for which they charged me six dollars. Okay, it 's a little pricey, but I was fine with paying it. Eight minutes into my wait time for a cup of cheese, (and an pollo entero combo order getting colder by the minute) I worked up the courage to ask about the cheese, only to get dirty looks from the workers, especially the guy who is always there bringing the food to the front. A couple of minutes later I was informed by the lady in the front that they were making the cheese and they did not have any to serve. Ugh. I guess they expected me to wait there for it? I asked for a refund to which the lady rolled her eyes and a couple more minutes later informed me the refund went through. Still haven 't seen that refund and it 's been a couple of weeks. Whatever. Their grilled chicken is great (thus why two stars and not one), and the only reason I 've eaten at this place so many times but their customer service is not good if there is even the tiniest of issues. No apologies for the mistakes they made by allowing me to order cheese for which they did not have ready. The first time I tried ordering their meat by the pound it was chewy and didn 't taste very good. I 'm a native of the 956 area, and the pollo entero combo is about the only thing on the menu I can vouch for. I live close by and I want to give these people my money on a weekly basis but it 's getting real hard with the lack of basic customer service skills."

"Holy Ma'Coco !! This is something to write hime to mom about.. For once in the area we have classy, authentic place who plays Real music that makes you want to hang out after you're done eating Server is super nice and the food was just as pleasing to the eyes.. The taste was amazing.. I had to come back later the same day to get another taco the cucumber lemonade Anyone who gives them less than 5* is from England doesn't know jack.."

"Great food, great staff, amenities leave a little to be desired. Wait times have been pretty bad recently(May 2021) but the waitresses are all very polite and work as quick as they can. The tortilla chips are amazing. Best restaurant chips I've had, but the salsa is very middle of the road. Tastes like mid range bottle salsa which is super disappointing adjacent to the awesome chips. Sweet tea is ok. They often bring a nice pitcher of sweet tea for the table if multiple people have sweet tea which makes refills easier for everyone, huge plus. Food is always good. I've had several different dishes, as well as friends and family having a variety and nothing has ever been bad. The fried beef fajita burrito is amazing. Shrimp and beef fajita quesadillas are great. Kids plates are good size."

"Great food and service. We were greated by the waitress several times. We came in on a Sunday so we did not have to wait. Service was impeccable. We had the owners both stop by our table and ask how we were. It was wonderful. We will be back. "Okay I am giving them a 5 star review because of their staff! They were amazing. Not gonna lie they were very kind and patient although the place was super packed and busy! Only thing I didn’t really agree with was the lack of seasoning on the chicken. I’m talking all chicken.. cause we got chicken flautas, enchiladas verdes and grilled chicken quesadillas… chicken was just plain. No flavor. However the flour tortillas were bomb, rice and beans were on point and the carnitas were amazing! Long story short. I noticed they don’t have a menu online so I’m gonna be the real MVP and come through for all of you and I’m gonna leave pictures of all the menu pages as of feb 2022! Love you my friends! Stay enjoying good food! And guys salt and pepper ;"
