"Again, I would give 0 stars if it allowed me. Y’all wrote back a response and gaslighted me so the world could see you weren’t the problem. But you are. The host didn’t offer free drinks she offered, us to use the money towards dining in. Your business is trash, you lie to get what you want. I WOULD never pass up 8 free drinks. We finally got our refund. And again, I will be having all 8 of us leave reviews and going elsewhere. Maybe next time don’t blame the customer and lie and say you called multiple times and offered free drinks. Your service is trash from all these reviews I’ve read. Fix your problem and take your L and move along."
