"Hands down better than Chipotle! The food is super fresh and the facility is clean. There are many options to choose from my picky eater loves this place) They have medium salsa and hot salsa, as well as many other sauces to choose from. Our steak was cooked to order, and the wait wasn't long. The customer service is excellent and the staff is patient. We never felt rushed! I hope they build more locations around town."

"Really great breakfast items and a fast, friendly staff! With social distancing, there are not a lot of open seats available, but that is understandable. We got omelettes, waffles and coffee. Great location!"

"I have been looking for a good Mexican in the Columbus area for three years, and I've finally found it. Casa Patron is one of my new favorite places to dine. The interior is beautifully decorated with colorful designs that are unique to each table. Even the glasses are works of art. The hot chips and homemade salsa are a tasty way to start the meal. I don't like to spend too much when I go out to eat, so I just order a couple of items of the a la carte menu (ex. chicken soft taco and rice), and I have a tasty meal for about 5 dollars."

"Unspeakably bad. Moe 's used to be amazing 5+ years ago but this place has gone so far down hill. I thought about calling the manager and complaining about my recent meal but I didn 't even want free food after my recent trip. The steak was not edible. Rubbery, fatty, zero flavor. The worst steak I 've ever been served. Customer service was bad. Wasn 't greeted, the girl tried to yell across the kitchen to ask what we want instead of finishing up what she was doing and then serving us. My girlfriend 's bowl ended up with dark meat because she asked for chicken without realizing there 's two types (Adobo Dark meat, and white meat), so instead of asking what kind of chicken the lady just decided to serve her dark meat. Chips were stale. $3.19 for a large soda (Lord). I don 't have one good thing to say about this place other than it used to be good. But like so many other good places, time and expansion has ruined this franchise as they cut costs to maximize profit. I wouldn 't eat here again if you paid me to. I wish I could give zero or negative stars. And it 's unfortunate because this used to be one of the best southwest grill 's you could eat at. I almost considered calling my credit card company and reporting this as fraud, because the food quality is truly fraudulent. AVOID AVOID AVOID"
